I had a request to make a tutu for my Granddaughter Hagan's birthday that is coming up. She is having a Pinkalicious birthday, so I decided to make it using two shades of pink and a pink polka dot ribbon. She loved dancing around in it and can't wait to wear it at her birthday party.
